Cory is a born and raised Oregonian, growing up on cattle ranches on the High Desert, even attending a 1-room school for 4 years. She is a graduate of Blue Mountain Community College with an Associates of Applied Science, Agriculture Production: Livestock and Eastern Wyoming College with an Associates of Applied Science: Veterinary Technology.  Cory stayed in Wyoming for a few years as the lead receptionist and office manager for a local mixed animal practice covering territory in 3 states before returning home to Central Oregon in 2007. She obtained her Oregon Veterinary Technician certification and has continued to work multiple roles in mixed animal, small animal and a small/exotics clinic for the last 17 years.  Cory provided support to Central Oregon Animal Hospital as Assistant Hospital Manager from 2020 to 2023 and is excited to continuing supporting the clinic as the Hospital Manager.

When Cory is not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, cats and a small meat goat herd.
